1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of growsphereads.in and to services provided by GrowSphere Ads Digital Marketing (we, us), a sole proprietorship at Ananda Residency, Uttamnagar, NDA Road, Pune, Maharashtra 411023, India. By using the site or hiring us, you accept these terms.
2. Services and quotations
We provide digital marketing services such as paid ads, social media handling, content creation, Google Business Profile and review services, AI voice and WhatsApp automation, and website development. The scope, price and timeline of each project are agreed in writing (quotation, email or WhatsApp) before work starts. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are as stated in the quotation. Payment terms are advance payment as stated in each quotation. Taxes are added where applicable. Ad spend paid to platforms such as Meta or Google is separate from our fees unless the quotation says otherwise. We may pause work if payment is overdue.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to give accurate information, access and approvals on time, and to confirm that you have the right to use the logos, photos, text and offers you give us. Your business, ads and content must follow Indian law and platform rules, including the rules for health, medical and financial advertising.
5. Ad accounts and platforms
Ads run on third-party platforms such as Meta and Google, which set their own rules and can reject ads, limit reach or suspend accounts. We are not responsible for platform decisions. Ad accounts, pages and business assets created for you belong to you.
6. No guarantee of results
Results depend on many things outside our control, such as budget, competition, season, offer and platform changes. We do not guarantee any number of leads, sales, followers, reviews or rankings.
7. AI-assisted content
Some content and automation use AI tools. You must review and approve content before it is published or sent. We are not responsible for content you approved.
8. Content and ownership
After full payment, you own the final creatives and content we made for you. We keep our tools, templates and methods. We may show non-confidential examples of finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
9. Confidentiality
We keep your business information and customer data confidential and use it only for your work, as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, platform outages, account suspensions or actions of third parties.
11. Using the website
You agree not to misuse the site, try to break its security or copy it for another business. The site content belongs to us.
12. Ending a service
Either side may end a service with written notice as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Fees for work already done remain payable.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking, within 30 days of a written complaint. If that fails, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
