GrowSphere Ads Digital Marketing (we, us, our) is a sole proprietorship run by Aditya Shyamkant Madge, registered under Udyam (UDYAM-MH-26-1001558), at Ananda Residency, Uttamnagar, NDA Road, Pune, Maharashtra 411023, India. This policy applies to growsphereads.in and our services. It explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights, in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2. Information we collect
Details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, business name and message, through our contact form, WhatsApp, phone calls or email.
Details from ads: if you submit a lead form or start a chat from a Facebook, Instagram or Google ad, we receive the details you submit.
Automatic data: IP address, browser, device and pages visited, recorded by our hosting provider. Analytics cookies are used only if you accept them.
Client data: when we run campaigns for our clients, we handle enquiry details of their customers only on the client's instructions and only for that work.
3. Why we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations.
- To provide the services you ask for, send invoices and share reports.
- To send service messages about work in progress.
- To send promotional messages, only if you have agreed.
- To keep our systems secure, prevent misuse and meet legal duties.
- To improve our website and services.
4. Consent and legal basis
We process your data with your consent (for example, ticking the consent box, submitting a lead form or messaging us first), to carry out a request you made, or where the law requires it. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
5. WhatsApp and messages
We send promotional WhatsApp, SMS or email messages only to people who have agreed to receive them. Reply STOP or email us to opt out and we will stop. Messages sent through WhatsApp follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
6. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us deliver our work: Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), Google, our hosting and form provider Netlify, email and storage providers, and payment and accounting providers. We may also share it with authorities when the law requires. Some providers process data outside India and have their own privacy policies.
7. Cookies
The site uses only essential cookies by default. Analytics or advertising cookies are used only after you accept them in the cookie notice. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
8. How long we keep data
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client. Client and billing records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require. After that we delete or anonymise them.
9. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls and two-factor authentication on our accounts and limit access to people who need it. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will inform you of a breach where the law requires.
10. Your rights
You may ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent, and you may make a complaint. Email growsphereads@gmail.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We reply within 30 days.
11. How to request data deletion
Email growsphereads@gmail.com with the subject Data deletion request. Include your name and the phone number or email you used. We delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email or WhatsApp, except data we must keep by law. This also applies to details you gave us through a Facebook, Instagram or Google ad form.
12. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you think we have, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Links to other sites
Our site may link to other sites, such as Instagram or WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
